    I’m a humus lover toooooo!!!!! I eat humus 4-5 times a week. I usually take a green salad to work to eat for lunch. Instead of putting salad dressing on it, I add a couple of spoons of humus and some non-fat cottage cheese which adds FLAVOR and protein. I always buy my humus.
